Colors of the Rainbow Challenge

Here are my entries for this week's colors of the Rainbow challenge.

Title: It's a Jigsaw Puzzle
Medium: Colored pencils on Plywood

For the above painting I used an L- Shaped block of plywood.  Tangles were drawn on these   zentangle tiles. Colored using color pencils. I used ModPoge to stick these tiles on to the plywood. I no longer own this artwork as I sold it for a good cause.

 Here is  a Mandala that I did last week. This was created using an iPad digitally.

Mobile Digital Art Summit Exhibition and Workshop Aug 1-3, 2014

The Mobile Digital Art Summit Exhibition and Workshop  is happening on Aug 1-3,2014 at the Pacific Art League’s newly renovated historic building at 668 Ramona Street, Palo Alto, CA 94301.

The Exhibition is on Aug 1, 2014 between 5:30 to 8 pm. Entry is free and you need to get your free tickets at this website http://www.mdacsummit.org/

The workshops are held on Aug 2 and 3, 2014. It is a paid event. For program and registration details do check up their website.

For those of you who cannot make it to this event, Here is a picture of my painting that made it to the top 77 artists out of 665 entries  from Digital/iPad artists from all over the world. All entries were judged  by a team of expert Digital/iPad artists.
