Digital Whisper weekly challenge theme: Racoon and Every Inchie Monday-- Robot

Here are my entries for this week's Digital whisper challenge-- Racoon

Title: I am watching you !
Medium: iPad Art
Apps used: Procreate

Note: Picture of  Racoon taken from my camera roll. This racoon visits us daily.

Title: Time for  Dessert !
Apps used: Procreate
Medium: iPad Art

Note:  I wanted to infuse some humor onto this art piece. So used one of my favorite candy  for dessert. Also the car further ahead is not sure which way to pass them as these racoons want to  enjoy their dessert first.

This Racoon is originally my painting done using pencils on my sketchbook. I took a picture of  it and incorporated it into this collage painting.

I hope you like it. If you want to participate for this weekly challenge please visit  http://digitalwhisper.blogspot.com.au/

This week the theme  at "Every Inchie Monday"  is "Robot." This is the first time I am participating for this challenge. It was quite challenging for me to work on such a small canvas as I am used to working in larger canvases. But I feel as an artist we sometimes have to break out of our comfort zone  and play and experiment with art.

Zendala Dare and Finding Beauty in Negative Spaces Challenge

This week at I am the Diva ( Laura Harms's blog) is guest blogger Erin Olson from Zendala Dare Challenge. This week's challenge at the Diva is we have to use Erin Olson's template provided to create a Zendala.

For this week's challenge I  created a Zendala on my iPad. I haven't been tangling for a couple of weeks and my hands were itching to tangle ! I generally tangle with some soft New Age Music.

Here is my entry for this week's challenge:

Apps used: Sketchclub
Medium: iPad Art

And here is my entry for last week's challenge-- Guest Blogger Sandy Hunter challenged us to create a tile leaving some negative space ( white space). I found this challenge  very difficult as I am one of those artists who  has to fill the entire tile with tangles ( no white space) , so I had to really remind myself to not fill in the negative space with tangles. I decided to keep it simple for this challenge.

Medium: Sakura Micron Pens
Please check out Laura's Blog : http://iamthedivaczt.blogspot.com/   if you want to participate or be inspired by other artists.

Looking forward to your comments. Thank you in advance for your time and response.

Two challenges in One Tile

This week at That's New To Me Challenge the random letter is "H". We have to use tangles starting from the letter H that you have never used before.  We also have to use any tangle the artist in focus has created on our tile.  The artist in focus for this week is Michele Beauchamp

I used Henna Drum and Heart vine. I used Michele's "Brayd" tangle and "Wist" tangle for this week's challenge. I also used Carole Ohl's " Featherfall" tangle.  I  also used " Poke root" tangle because it is my most favorite tangle and I tend to use it as often as I can.
For this piece I used Henna Drum as a string to the tile.

This week at the Diva challenge blog we have to limit our color palette  to 2 to 3 colors. I used Orange and Green Colors.  I used a Sharpie for this week's challenge. I decided I will combine both the challenges in  a single tile.

I totally enjoyed this week's TNTM and Diva's challenge. It was fun.  Thank you !
